A small download to get started. The game downloads art, maps and sounds as you play, and keeps itself up to date.

Windows installer

Choose where to install the game. Setup creates a Start menu shortcut, with a Desktop shortcut selected by default, and installs the Microsoft .NET runtime if you need it.

Internet required. Allow time for the first login screen and new areas to download. The current installer is unsigned, so Windows may show an unknown-publisher notice. Need a hand? Ask in Discord.

A few things
to know.

What is Mir Ametrine?

Mir 2 and Mir 3 together on one server. Start in your favourite world, freely visit the other and experience both with the same community. Each world keeps its own identity, so you can explore their differences and decide which you prefer.

Can I travel between Mir 2 and Mir 3?

Yes. You can freely travel between the two worlds to explore their lands, fight their monsters and play their different content. Visiting the other world is a core part of Ametrine.

Do the two worlds keep their own identity?

Yes. Mir 2 and Mir 3 keep their own lands, monsters, equipment and visual style. Bringing them onto one server lets you experience both, rather than choosing just one.

Is the launch date confirmed?

We are aiming for Friday 13 November 2026 at 6 PM UK time (18:00 GMT). The date is tentative and may change. Final confirmation will be posted in Discord.

Where can I download the game?

The current build is available in the download section. Choose the Windows installer for guided setup, or the portable ZIP to extract yourself. Both download game content as needed and receive automatic updates. The tentative launch date is unchanged.

How will I sign in?

The game supports email and password, Google, and Discord sign-in. Each method has its own account, so use the same method when you return to your characters.

Where can I ask questions or give feedback?

Join Discord for player help, bug reports, suggestions, and separate Mir 2 and Mir 3 discussions. Everyone is welcome to follow development before launch.
